My Story
Hi there, I’m Esther Erin, those who know me best call me Erin, my sisters call me Vicki, some Navy friends call me IS1 or Esther, and my sorority sisters call me #3 or “Dino-Myte” - each of these names have a great story behind them and one day I really need to write a book about my crazy names. I’m originally from Indaiana by way of Chicago, married a wonderful man from Detroit and we had two fantastic boys who are now “mini adults.” Along the way we served 20 years in the Navy together both of us on ships and shore duty, I was on 3 different ships on two different coasts and was the first female in my Navy rating to serve on a ship and YES I did meet my hubby on a ship LOL 😝 it was true love 💕 and we’ve been married for 20 years this year (2018). I am an Old Dominion University Graduate 🎓 (Class of 2013) and a member of the Eta Rho chapter of Gamma Sigma Sigma. I love my sorority sisters and they helped me become a more confident woman as a civilian. I now am an Accediation Assistant AND Scentsy Consultant and I LOVE what I do!! I’m a fur mom to two beautiful kitties Nefertiti (a mixed Tortie and Maine Coon) and Bastet (a mixed Bengal/Bombay) both of which are rescue kitties - we don’t shop we adopt. My hobbies are photography, reading (I’m an avid reader and will read 4-5 different books or more at a time), writing, and painting (when I can).
I wanted to let everyone know one of the reasons I joined Scentsy. For one smells for me are a HUGE deal, they remind me of my fave foods, fresh laundry which relaxes me, my fave flowers which then reminds me of my hubby and that of course makes me feel all warm inside. Another reason is because the company is such a great company. I wouldn’t have joined if I didn’t believe in the company and the products. I can’t believe how wonderful this company is, they are great from the technical support to the up line director. Everyone is fantastic!
The thing about Scentsy is that it’s more than just the wax melts - there are cleaners and laundry detergents that also smell just as good as the melts but just when you think you’ve seen it all and what really sold me was the BATH BOMBS!!!! YES bath bombs lol 😂 I’m addicted to bath bombs. My addiction is insane and these bath bombs smell so fantastic and WOW do they last. Oh and Bastet LOVES them too, she must sniff each one before I take a bath, and then she actually licks her lips in appreciation. My cat and I aren’t the only ones who love the bath bombs, my husband and my sons love them too - and my sons are “mini adults” as in they are over 18. My 21 year old is in the Army and he likes them as well. Yes I raised my boys the right way, to enjoy a GREAT bath! They are going to make great husbands one day.
